Process For Returns:
-Contact us at info@cloudninebeauty.co with your order details to initiate the return process. Next, ship the item back to us with the return address provided in the email we sent. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds for Services:
If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify us within 78 hours so we can address your concerns.
Due to the labor and products used during the service, all service sales are final.
We may offer complimentary adjustments and store credit for future services.
