Welcome to Cloud Nine Beauty! These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the rules and regulations for using our website, services, and products. By accessing our website or purchasing service/products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any parts of these Terms, please discontinue use of our services.
Services and Products:
Cloud Nine Beauty offers a variety of beauty services and products, including but not limited to:
-Lash Extensions, lash lifting and tinting, brow lamination and shaping, facial and body waxing, and facials.
-Beauty products for professionals and consumers.
-Training programs for beauty professionals.
All services and products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue or modify offerings at any time.
Eligibility:
To use our services or make purchases, you must:
-Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
-Provide accurate, current, ad complete information during bookings or purchases
Appointments and Cancellations:
- Bookings: Appointments must be scheduled via www.cloudninebeauty.co, email or phone.
- Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance from your scheduled appointment time. Late cancellations will result in a 50% of the original cost fee and a forfeit in any deposit made. No-call, no-shows will result in a 100% of the original cost fee and a forfeit in any deposit made.
- Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their appointment and may be charged a no-show fee if consumer doesn't notify that they are running late.
Payments:
Payments for services and/or products must be made in full at the time of booking or before the service is rendered.
Payments for training programs and classes must be made in full before the class has started.
We accept cash, cash app, venmo, zelle, debit/credit cards.
Prices are subject to change without notice but will be honored for confirmed bookings or purchases.
Refunds and Returns:
Please refer to our "Return and Refund Policy" for detailed information on refunds for services and products. Refunds are not offered for completed services, but adjustments or store credit may be provided at our discretion if concerns are raised within 78 hours.
Client Responsibilities:
As a client and/or consumer you agree to:
- Follow all pre- and post-service instructions provided by Cloud Nine Beauty professionals.
- Disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities that may affect your service.
- Use purchased products as directed.
Failure to follow instructions or disclose important information may result in adverse effects for which Cloud Nine Beauty is not liable.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, images, and materials on our website and promotional materials are the property of Cloud Nine Beauty. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. By using our website and services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our "Privacy Policy."
Limitation of Liability
Cloud Nine Beauty is not responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions, allergies, or improper aftercare.
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of our services or products beyond our reasonable control.

Cloud Nine Beauty reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania (USA). Any disputes arising from these Terms of our services will be resolved in the courts of Pennsylvania (USA).
